Meet Molly Allison

Molly Allison, M.S. OTR/L, CHT, SMS

I am a Board Certified Hand to Shoulder Therapist with a background that spans both orthopedic trauma and repetitive stress injuries. Much of my career was at Harborview Medical Center, Seattle’s Level 1 Trauma Hospital. I then segued into starting my own private practice, with an emphasis on overuse injuries.

Accomplishments

I’ve consulted to musicians in the Seattle Symphony, worked with Olympic Athlete Medalists and High Level Tech Experts. My patients rely heavily on their tools…their arms. I pride myself on my unique approach to guiding my patients back to pain-free function.

1 Consultation

2 First Session

The initial evaluation will be remote. I will take a medical history, learn about your concerns and the demands of your work or leisure. I will gauge your myofascial length & range of motion, determining anatomical restrictions that inhibit your work or leisure activities.

3 Treatment Plan

Ongoing care can either be remote or in person. You may require a home program, hands-on body work or a combination.
