Personal, Expert-Led Hand to Shoulder Therapy

I begin by understanding your history, your concerns, and what you need your arms to do. From there, I shape a plan around your specific situation.

2 First Session

The initial evaluation will be remote. I will take a comprehensive medical and functional history, learn about your concerns, and assess the demands of your work or leisure.

3 Treatment Plan

I will summarize what I find and determine whether ongoing care is needed. Care can be remote or in person, with a home program, hands-on body work, or a combination.

Initial Assessment

Understanding Your Starting Point

In your initial evaluation, I will take a medical history, learn about your concerns, and assess the range of motion and anatomical restrictions that may be affecting your work or leisure.

  • Your medical and functional history
  • The demands of your work, sport, instrument, or daily life
  • Range of motion and relevant anatomical restrictions
  • A clear summary of what I find and what I recommend next

Ongoing Treatment

A Plan Tailored to You

Ongoing care can be remote or in person. I tailor the format and treatment plan to your needs after the initial evaluation.

  • A personalized home program
  • Hands-on body work when appropriate
  • Remote care, in-person care, or a combination
  • Treatment duration and frequency shaped around your needs
