My Process
Working with Me
Tailored treatment to your specific scenario.

1 Consultation
Contact me through the website via email.

2 First Session
The initial evaluation will be remote. I will take a medical history, learn about your concerns and the demands of your work or leisure. I will gauge your myofascial length & range of motion, determining anatomical restrictions that inhibit your work or leisure activities.

3 Treatment Plan
Ongoing care can either be remote or in person. You may require a home program, hands-on body work or a combination.
