Services
Seattle Hand to Shoulder Therapy
Remote OR In-Person Evaluation & Treatment
Personalized care shaped around your body, the activities you need to perform, and the tools your arms rely on.
Ways to Work Together
Remote or in person, care is customized
I work with you directly in either format, choosing the setting that best supports a productive evaluation and a practical plan.

Remote Services
Remote sessions can be an effective way to begin, from the comfort of your home. I can learn your history, observe movement and myofascial restrictions, consider the demands of your work or leisure, and guide the evaluation directly from wherever you are.

In-Person Services
In-person sessions take place at my clinic in Seattle. I am also able to travel to home, sports arena / court or workplace. Travel enables seeing the environment itself to help me understand what you need. Patients have been known to bring their cello, bass, guitar, golf clubs, bicycle, etc to my clinic for consultation.

Ergonomics in Context
Your tools are part of the evaluation
A sport, instrument, or computer places a different set of demands on your upper extremities. I evaluate those demands in the context where they matter.

Musicians
I look at posture, reach, grip, and repetition in the context of the instrument.

Athletes
I consider how technique, load, and whole-body movement affect the upper extremity.

Tech
I evaluate the workstation and the repeated demands placed on the hands, wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
Ready when you are
Let’s talk about what you want to get back to.
Start with a conversation about what’s getting in the way and what meaningful progress would look like for you.
