My Process

A Clear Path Forward

Consultation, Evaluation & Individualized Care

I begin by understanding your history, what is getting in the way, and what you need your arms to do. From there, I shape the next step around you.

Working With Me

Your Care, Step by Step

A clear path from first contact through an individualized treatment plan.

1 Consultation

Contact me through the website or by email. I will send intake forms and review your history. From there, we can schedule an initial evaluation. It helps to have imaging and your physician’s referral so we are all on the same page and I can clearly understand any structural limitations.

2 First Session

The initial evaluation will be remote. I will take a comprehensive medical and functional history, learn about your concerns and the demands of your work or leisure, and assess range of motion and relevant anatomical restrictions.

3 Treatment Plan

I will summarize what I find and recommend what comes next. Ongoing care can be remote or in person, with a home program, hands-on body work, or a combination tailored to your specific situation.

What Shapes the Plan

I Start With How You Use Your Arms

Your history is part of the picture, but so is the real work your arms do every day. I use the evaluation to understand what is limiting you and what your care needs to include.

  • Your medical and functional history
  • The demands of your work, sport, instrument, or leisure
  • Range of motion and relevant anatomical restrictions
  • Whether remote care, in-person care, or a combination fits your needs
