THE ESSENTIALS
What You May Want to Know
I want you to understand how appointments work before you begin. These are the questions I hear most often.
I work with musicians, athletes, computer and technology workers, and other people whose arms are central to their craft, performance, and livelihood.
Yes. I can begin with a remote session from your home or workplace. I review your history, movement and myofascial restrictions, and the demands of your work and leisure activities, then guide the evaluation from there.
In-person appointments are available at my Seattle clinic. When seeing your real environment would be useful, I may also work with you in your home, workplace, or performance or training setting.
Your first session is an evaluation. I take a medical and functional history, talk through your concerns and goals, and look at range of motion, relevant restrictions, and the tasks that matter most to you.
I summarize what I find and recommend the next step. Ongoing care may be remote, in person, or a combination, and may include a focused home program, hands-on body work, and changes to how you use your tools or environment.
Yes. When it is relevant, bring the instrument, sports equipment, or work tools you rely on. Seeing you use them can help me shape more specific ergonomic and treatment recommendations.
